There is never enough money to adequately address the unnecessary suffering of animals due to injury, abuse or neglect.

While the Ontario Humane Society and Local Municipalities do what they can, here in Brantford and Brant County, the Brant Animal Aid Foundation provides a supplementary source of funding that further assists animals in need locally. Dialogue with our local Brant Humane Society also helps us to be aware of needs in the community where we can be of assistance.

The funds raised by the Foundation supports our own programs, for which the details can be found on our website, including financial assistance for pet owners on subsidized incomes in regards to their pet health care costs and spay & neutering. We also have a scholarship program and provide assistance to other non-profit groups to develop and carry out various local projects such as public education sessions or crisis situations involving the welfare of animals.
